The cancellation terms are set by the platform. On cancellation a part of the paid amount is retained, based on how many days before arrival the cancellation is made: • 60 or more days before arrival — 99% of the payment is refunded (1% retained) • 45 to 59 days before arrival — 70% refunded (30% retained) • 30 to 44 days before arrival — 50% refunded (50% retained) • 15 to 29 days before arrival — 20% refunded (80% retained) • less than 15 days before arrival — 0% refunded (100% retained) Every booking keeps the terms valid at its creation. The exact refund amount is shown when you submit a cancellation.
