We want booking camps for your children to be safe. Here is how to make sure you are on the real site, and how we protect you.
Our only website
We operate only at kids-adviser.com (with the secure-connection padlock in your browser address bar). If you see another address that looks similar to ours, do not enter any details — it may be a fake site.
We never ask for this by email
We will never ask for your password or bank card details by email, SMS or phone. If you receive such a message in our name, do not reply and let us know.
Payments are protected
Card payments go through Stripe — your card details are entered directly with them and are never stored by us. Bank transfer is also possible: we show the account (IBAN) and the payment reference ONLY inside your account on kids-adviser.com. Before making a bank transfer, always check the account in your profile — never trust an IBAN received by email, SMS or messenger.
A quick check before you pay
- The address starts with https and shows the secure-connection padlock.
- The domain is exactly kids-adviser.com, with no extra words or misspellings.
- No one is asking for your password or card by email.
Spotted something suspicious?
